Description

We are happy to offer this rare and affordable opportunity for someone looking for a property on the beautiful island of Caye Caulker. Fully turnkey and ready for its new owner!

The adorable cottage includes a queen size, as well as a single bed and is furnished with all you need to live in comfort, including appliances, crockery and cutlery. Every inch of this place is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and functionality. It includes a porch with table and chairs for extra inside/outside living space.

The sale of the cottage comes with an 17 year lease for the land it sits on, costing US$50 per month. It has also been built so that it can easily be moved to another location should the owner wish to do that. The leased land is shared by four other tiny cottages and gated for security and privacy. The location is only five minutes stroll to the nearest store or a ten minute walk to the main busy vibrant front streets of the village.

An added bonus is that it is already registered with the Belize Tourism Board should you want to rent for an income when you are not there. This promises to be less hassle once it’s transferred over to its lucky new owner!

Move in and start enjoying the laid-back lifestyle of the beautiful island of Caye Caulker, Belize.
